Missing "appearance" on dashboard

  I am missing “appearance” on my dashboard. I have cleared my cookies and cache. i am an admin on this site:

  Hi there,

  It seems that you are logging into the site as an Editor, and not as an Administrator.

  As an Editor, you would not see the Appearance menu item. You can read a little bit more about User Rolls here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/

  Please try logging in as the Administrator, if you have Administrator credentials.
