Missing "appearance" on my dashboard

  I have cleared my cookies and cache.

  How many username accounts do you have and which one are you logged in under? You must be logged in under exact same username account that registered the blog and who is the Admin of the blog to access it.

  That’s good. The question is are you logging under the same username account that registered the blog?
