Missing appearance>menu

    Hi there,

    I want to add some effects/animations to the menu, downloaded some plugins trying to achieve them. No matter what, I can’t edit it. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it countless times, and I’ve also deleted other themes. The only thing I can do now is edit the navigation in the site editor, but I can only add or delete; I can’t add various animation effects like I could with plugins. Btw there are only “themes”and”editor”under my appearance menu. Can you help me with that cuz this is driving me crazy.
