Missing blog post

The content from one of my blog posts (Ready Player One, from March 2018) have disappeared. I logged back into WordPress for the first time in a while so I don’t know when it disappeared exactly. I did not delete anything.
When I did log in again recently, I did try out the new 2019 theme briefly, but almost immediately went back to 2017 because the new theme turned all my header pictures for my posts blue. (Separate question — is that normal???) My best guess is that’s when something went wrong. Nothing else seems to be missing from other posts, the comments to the post in question are still there, the related pictures are still in my media library, but the post is gone. Just the title left.

I am a long-time WordPress blogger who has recommended it to others!
But I have a missing blog post problem. The headline and the comments are still there, but the content is missing altogether.
I just discovered the problem when I tried to link a post I’m writing to it. This is very upsetting because it was an excellent post.
I am quite positive that I did not delete it. The post is the following:
