missing blog post

I am almost certain I didn’t delete the post but it is no where to be found on my site. I’ve searched for it and there is no trash tab so it’s not in there. It is a post from Oct 2018 so I have no idea how long it’s been gone. Any ideas on how I can find it. The Wayback machine captured the featured image and intro but didn’t archive the URL.
I have some backups sent to my email but they are zipped so no idea how I’d find an individual article. HELP
