Missing blog…at wit's end!

  Help, my blog is missing! This isn’t the first time it happened and it seems to inconsistently dissappear and be replaced by older versions. What’s up with that and how can I fix this? How can I contact IT?

  Hi Grace,

  I truly appreciate your help. The last link you sent is not the most current posting. I just don’t understand…the link worked just fine last night. I hadn’ touched a thing. Then this morning it was gone! But like I said, this has happened before and then it turns up. I just can’ t figure it out.

  Hi Shay,

  It’s nothing that you did wrong! It’s completely our mistake. We had this issue a little while ago, and it’s been taking awhile to get resolved.

  The underlying bug has been fixed, so it shouldn’t be happening here on out.

  Well I must say that I’m impressed with the level of customer service at WordPress. Thanks so much for fixing my problem so quickly. I’m truly appreciative of you prompt and friendly help. I’m also relieved that my blog wasn’t lost forever in the internet abyss!

  Hi Grace,

  I hope you get this message. I was wondering if you could help me again? I have conflicting blog posts again. The blog version I want to use is:

  But if I go to my dashboard and pull up my blog from there, it brings up the old one:

  How can I get rid of the last one?

  Yes it worked. However, the banner looked like my old one and the blog was the new one. Once I clicked on my pages, the banner readjusted to the reflect the new changes.

  So could it be that there’s a conflict in the banner changes?

  Oh how strange! So it is showing the correct one now? Can you try can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies using the guide below?
