Missing Buttons in Pages Editor

  An Editor of my blog (countingoncurrency.com) is unable to see the second row of formatting buttons on his version of the Pages editor and I am unable to determine why this is. He is using IE7 (I use Safari). Can anyone help me resolve this issue please?
