missing categories

    okay so a few days ago i tried to add a new category and for some reason, it doesnt appear in the categories menu. It’s there but it just doesnt appear in the menu. whats up with that? can anyone help me out?

    i tried adding new categories as well and it just doesnt appear that either. and it seems like the parenting thing is messed up as well.
