Missing Change avatar option in profile…help!

    This was a useful thread that I Googled to solve the same problem I had.
    It does take some time for the image to update at gravatar.com but does work, even on my custom made WP theme running WP V2.7.1

    How do you change the default No Avatar image?
    I know that there are some options within Settings > Discussion > Default Avatar but want to change the Mystery Man image. Any Ideas???
