Missing Check Box: P2 Theme Comments Notification

    I’ve had a few email exchanges with WordPress staff about the disappearance of my theme’s (P2) “Notify me of follow-up comments via email” check box. A staff emailed a screenshot of the comment box which convinced me that the theme wasn’t. Curious because other users in Brunei are unable to see it, I decided to check with friends in other countries and I’ve found …

    Countries where the Notification check box is NOT VISIBLE: Hong Kong, Brunei, Japan, Portugal, Vietnam, Canada
    Countries where the Notification check box IS VISIBLE: United Kingdom, East Malaysia
