missing child/parent page option in page attributes?!?

  I am a beginner. I am trying to make child/parent pages. Every time I create a new page, under page attributes it lists the template and order, but not the child/parent option. I’ve put page widgets up as well, and they are not showing up there either. Help please–this is for a class assignment!

  Go to screen options and be sure to select and include the Pages Module.
