Missing comment boxes

My comment boxes have gone missing and I don’t know how to get them back.
“Allow comments” is checked on all pages and posts.
Comments are turned on in “Discussion.”Being new at this, I’m not sure what to do now.
I read on a forum that comment boxes won’t work if the homepage is static. I hope that’s not true.

I did take a look at your site though. And I don’t see comment boxes on any page. If this problem just started, I’d recommend looking back at what’s changed recently: did you add a plugin? Change a theme? Then you can work backward to sort it out, and then ask the correct community for more help if you need it:
