Missing contact form for paid upgrade user seeking support
-
The website says this:
Where should I go for support?
If you have a paid upgrade, please use the “Contact Support” form. If we have chatters available, you’ll be able to chat with us live. Otherwise you can submit the form and we’ll follow up by email.
But that link brought me to this form, which posts in public forums, which is not what I want to do.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Howdy!
Thanks for getting in touch. I’m happy to help you with your question(s). Can you share a few more details about your problem and the site URL?
We offer free support through the public forums for folks without any upgrades on their account.

I have an upgrade on my account. This website directs me to an e-mail contact form, but when I click it does not exist.
My actual question is about auto-renewal; my account is set for this, but I keep getting expiry e-mails. Is this normal?

Hi –
This website directs me to an e-mail contact form, but when I click it does not exist.
This is the contact form for support: https://wordpress.com/help/contact/
my account is set for this, but I keep getting expiry e-mails. Is this normal?
Yes. We still send notices. This gives you time to update payment information or cancel the upgrade if needed.

That contact form takes me to an option to post a question here, not to send an e-mail as someone with a paid upgrade.
Thanks for answering the other question.

There are not any active upgrades on this account that you are contacting me from. That is why the contact form keeps bringing you back to the forums.
Perhaps the upgrade has expired? Do you have more than one account?
-
I don’t think I have more than one account! To me it looks like I’m paying for a Premium plan that hasn’t expired.

Hello –
There is not a WordPress.com Premium Plan associated with the username sugi2002.
The upgrade you are seeing is owned by a different account. Only the upgrade owner can contact support privately.
