Missing Content in Export or Import

    Went through 8 pages and didn’t see this question. I’ve purchased a domain and I’m trying to move all my wordpress posts to my new site with the plugin but the Export on my WordPress.com site doesn’t seem to be exporting all my content. I make sure to click “All” and have even tried to split up and do just media or posts and when I import it to my site it is missing a majority of my posts.

    I’ve searched around and found a few answers dealing with the functions.php part of the code, but I’m really not versed enough in code to mess with anything. I also am not sure where they are changing this code at to make it work anyway.
