Missing country information in stats

  For some time now, when I click on the stats button, all that shows up is the number of views. The country details seem to have vanished. (I go to the enhanced stats page, so it’s not that.)

  Is anyone else having this problem? Have I done something to hide the list?

  Any help/advice gratefully received.

  That’s very strange. We need to know your computing environment specifics please.

  If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.

  If you are, please do these:
  (1) Try clearing your browser’s cache http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050
  Note: If you are using an IE9 browser in compatibility mode that makes it render as IE7 and IE7 is not supported. To disable see > http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html

  (2) Make sure that you have third-party cookies enabled and JavaScript enabled

  (3) Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

  (4) Try enabling HTTPS: http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/

  I have had a few times then one of the stats blocks goes missing – even when I have the configuration at the top of the pages set to show that block (top Posts / Pages disappeared a few days ago) drove me batty for a while – then I just clicked on the box that had the name of what was missing and that caused the box to open up and show the Top Posts / Pages – something just got mixed up – was confusing – some bit got flipped somewhere and needed to be reset I guess

  Thanks, Timethief. I thought I wasn’t going to have any luck as I did everything you suggested, with no change … until …

  I tried enabling HTTPS. And that worked!

  I recently changed service provider. Other than that, I’m using the same PC. Might that have had an effect?

  Whatever, I’m very grateful. Thanks again.
