Missing CSS and unable to access Dashboard

  Hi, my address is “designhuber.com/wordpress”. The problem I’m having is that when I attempted to change my address to “designhuber.com” in the General Settings panel of Dashboard, the CSS stylesheet went missing and now I’m unable to access my Dashboard. Any help or advice you can give me is greatly appreciated.

  This is what I see on the bottom of that theme “Proudly powered by WordPress ” It’s a link and when clicking it one arrives here http://wordpress.org
