Missing daily prompt from dashboard

    How do I get the dailyprompt to return to my dashboard?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    This is the response I got back:

    If the daily prompt is missing from your dashboard, you can try the following steps to get it back:

    1. Click on the “My Home” tab in your WordPress.com dashboard.
    2. Look for the writing prompt card displayed on the dashboard.–-There is no prompt card displayed on the dashboard.
    3. Click the three dots in the top right corner of the card. There are no three dots to click on either.
    4. Select “Show daily prompts” from the options. Not an option because of the above problems.
    5. The daily prompt should now reappear on your dashboard.

    If you’re still having trouble finding the daily prompt, you may find it helpful to check your notification settings and ensure that you have enabled writing prompt notifications. Notification settings are turned on. Still no prompt.

    Howdy –

    Thanks so much for writing to us about the missing prompt. I’ve had a look at your account and can’t find the Daily Prompt either. Then I had a co worker also look and still no dice! We have asked for some additional help and will report back once we have some more details to share. Our team is investigating. Thanks again!
