Missing Dashboard Button

Do you mean when viewing the site itself in your browser here?
Your site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, just connected here via the Jetpack plugin. The open source version of WordPress you’re using should show a Dashboard item under the site title in the admin bar by default, but the admin bar will only be visible if you’re already logged into WP-Admin. So first make sure you’re logged into your admin account on the site itself, not just your connected WordPress.com account, and that you can see the admin bar at the top of the site.
If you do see the admin bar but the Dashboard item is missing from the drop-down menu, then a plugin on your site must be overriding it. To check that, disable all plugins and see if the dashboard item appears. If it does, re-enable your plugins one at a time until it disappears again to find the one causing this.
If that doesn’t help either, I recommend you ask in the WordPress.org forums for more help troubleshooting why that item might be missing from your admin bar:
