Missing Dashboard menu items
-
Hello, I have been searching the help forum and also googling this without finding an answer. I created a blog a few years ago. Recently when I went in to update it I noticed that many of the menu items under the dashboard on the left are not appearing. Here’s a screenshot of what I see:
I am unable to edit the theme, pages, add users and a number of other things. I know these options were once available because I originally set the blog up with a few pages (which I cannot edit now)
Can someone help me? This is a free wordpress.com site.
Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi. That’s not right. Have you tried deleting your cookies, emptying your cache memory and restarting your browser?
-
Hi airodyssey, I tried that just now and it didn’t make a difference.
I have two other blogs on this account and they both have all of the options. The only difference between them and the one that is missing options is that I actively use and update them. This blog was created in 2009 and pretty much sat dormant until now. Maybe that has some significance?
Thank you.

Dormant or not being used should not be an issue – is there a second Admin on the site that could have changed your privileges?

I see two names under the Authors section of your sidebar here:
http://schoeneckerfamily.wordpress.com/Is that the same person (you) with two usernames? If so, try logging in with the other username.

Ok – you solved it! I didn’t realize (or rather forgot) that I had created another username. Whew.
Thanks for all of your help! I was totally stumped!!!
