Missing Dashboard screen boxes

This is a bit of an odd one, and I thought I would bring it here to see if any of the brilliant volunteers on the forum can help – if not, I’ll put in a support request.
When I go to my Dashboard, I am missing the ‘Incoming Links’ screen box.
If I click on ‘Help – Content’ in my Dashboard, it tells me that:
“The boxes on your Dashboard screen are:
Right Now
Recent Comments
Incoming Links
QuickPress
Recent Drafts
WordPress Blog
Other WordPress News
Welcome”
However, when I click on ‘Screen Options’ on my Dashboard, it tells me that I have these options:
“Show on screen:
Your browser is out of date (I have unchecked this)
Right Now (This is visible on my Dashboard)
Recent Comments (This is visible on my Dashboard)
Your Stuff (This is visible on my Dashboard)
What’s Hot (I have unchecked this)
QuickPress (I have unchecked this)
Recent Drafts (This is visible on my Dashboard)
Stats (This is visible on my Dashboard)”So basically, ‘Help’ is telling me I should have the ‘Incoming Links’ box (and I know I have had it on my Dashboard in the past!), but ‘Screen Options’ is telling me it’s not available at all! I’ve been blogging with WordPress for almost three years and I know I had the ‘Incoming Links’ box on my Dashboard before, but I’m not sure when it disappeared – I’ve only just noticed it’s gone…
I am using Windows Vista with Firefox (not sure which version).
This isn’t an urgent issue, but I’d be grateful for any help anyone can give!

Incoming Links
Incoming Links were being pulled from Google Blog Search to display URLs around the Internet linking to your blog, but they were discontinued a long time ago because the Google Blog Search API was officially deprecated as of May 26, 2011. You can use Who Links To Me

Strange that my Dashboard still tells me Incoming Links should still be there – it’s probably just not caught up with itself yet!
