Missing domain

Hi there,
I have a domain puchased with you on wordpress, which is brunoschillinger.com
Currently i have this linked to a website ive built using squarespace, but suddenly it seems that this domain has vanished from my wordpress account. Could you please assist with getting it back again?Regards,

Hi there,
Your domain expired on 4 February. It has now been canceled and removed from our system because you did not pay to renew it.
I’ve sent you a payment link via email to pay for the renewal. Once we receive your payment I can email our registrar to try and recover the domain.
However, you should be aware that it’s possible the domain is already in redemption with our registrar. If that’s the case they charge an additional fee to restore the domain, but I’ll only know for sure once I hear back from them.

I’ve sent a note off to our domain partner and should hear back from them in 1-2 days. Afterwards I’ll be back with an update.
