Missing Domain

  Firstly, it is insane that I cannot connect to a customer service rep. Am I missing something here? I can only post in the forum? I cancelled my plan due to this reason.

  I purchased a domain, or so I thought, and I have no way of locating it. When I search for it, it says it is not active through wordpress, but also not available on go-daddy or square space when I search.

  Can someone help?

  I don’t see any WordPress.com plans/subscriptions/domains on the account you’re logged into. We support free users on this forum, which is why you see this option only.

  If you’re referring to a domain you registered with a different account, please share the domain name so that we can look it up. Once I confirm where the domain is registered, I can point you in the right direction.
