Missing domain

  Hello,
  Im trying to change the namesever for a domain I purchased from you but I don’t see the domain listed in my account. I see my old one but not the newer one.

  The domain in question is reconnectrevivethrive.com.

  Im not really sure whats going on.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.

  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.

  Clicking this link should display all blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden

  Hi Lightsurfer,

  The user account that you are posting from is not the owner or admin of reconnectrevivethrive.com.

  You must have ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point. You will need to log into the other account in order to change the name servers of reconnectrevivethrive.com.

  Hrmmm I will try the account recovery form because when I try to reset the login using the email I used for this second domain it says no record found in the system.
