Missing Domain Administration

  I need to point my domain to a different hosting service with full WP options. but when logged in, I don’t see “domain administration” on the “servivce -> domains” page. it is truly not there. I have registered this domain through WP.com too, so it should be there. I see plenty have had this problem to date, but have seen no resolutions. Please help!
