Missing domain and receipt

    I purchased a subscription to WordPress.com Explorer in June 2024. Created a domain. Then realized I didn’t want Explorer. Cancelled my subscription but was billed for the domain. When I log in to my account it doesn’t show the domain or receipt. Chat won’t connect me to a human because I don’t have a paid account. Need to access my receipt and domain. How can I contact billing?

    Thanks! I tried that. My billing history shows no purchases, no receipts, no domain. I have the paper receipt which shows the original charge minus $12 to keep the domain. I registered trinitycentercsd.org. Which now shows that it’s already registered somewhere. But under account history says I don’t have any sites yet. Sorry to put this on a public forum, but I don’t know how else to resolve.
