Missing downloadlinks

  Hello! Since a few days, customers who have purchased a PDF on my website can no longer download it through the link they received through email. It says ‘the downloadlink is not valid’. When I look into the backoffice, their rights to the PDF have dissapeared whereas there have been no issues with their payment. I then have to grant them access manually to the download and send them a new link manually. We are handling dozens of emails about this now daily which is time consuming and frustrating. Can this be looked into? Thank you.
