Missing draft that was previously saved

  I have a blog post that is missing. I edited it multiple times, it was complete and I was going to publish it later. However it is now gone, not in my trashed folder (I haven’t trashed anything so a ‘trashed’ folder doesn’t even appear to me, I deleted a trial post to see if I can access trashed posts. It is not there.
  I saw that there were many other questions regarding the same thing (I searched ‘missing post’) but there was no solution.

  Oops, sorry for the confusion, turns out it was not missing at all, still saved, just under a new name.
