Missing elements in WordPress Manual

    I am having difficulty building my WordPress Blog and also posting on the WordPress Forum. I am using WordPress for Beginners 2019 by Dr Andy Williams. Here is my problem, and Andy’s email reply to me.

    Dear Andy,
    Your WordPress for Beginners 2019 is a splendid instruction manual. I have got on my version of Customize:
    Site Identity
    Colours
    Menus
    Widgets
    Homepage Settings
    Additional CSS:
    On your manual:
    There is also:
    Header Image
    Background Image
    Why do I not have these also?

    And I cannot access the Colors menu from Base Color Scheme to Select
    Color which you show. This is what I get:

    Dear Lorn,
    I cannot say for sure but I am using the Pro version of Customizr
    which will have more options.
    I dont know why you are getting the error with color scheme. You’d need
    to contact the theme support and ask them. May be a bug, or maybe
    because you haven’t yet published any posts (which this might need for
    some reason).

    Are these restrictions because of the type of WordPress programme I have chosen; or is it because they will not appear unless I am working on my blog?
