Missing export option under tools

  Hi,
  Does anyone know why the export option is missing from under the Tools section? I’m logged in as an admin so as far as I know, I should have access to the import/export option.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  Hi there,

  I checked your site at alisontetrick.wordpress.com, and I can confirm that the export option is available under Tools > Export. I’ve attached a screenshot to help guide you.

  

  If you’re not seeing it, could it be that you’re looking to export a different site? If so, please let me know, and I’ll be happy to assist further.

  HI @fstat, thanks for your response! However, it is this site that I am working on:

  Unfortunately, there are no other options in the Tools section, see navbar screenshot. Would you happen to know any other solutions to this? I just want to export all my blogs so that I can easily transfer them into my new account. Currently, I’ve been having to manually copy & paste each post, so hoping to find a more seamless and efficient way. Please let me know if you have any ways to go about this. Thanks so much!

  It looks like alisontetrick.com is not hosted on WordPress.com, so I don’t have access to see what’s going on with the Tools section on that site. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide support for WordPress sites hosted by other providers.

  However, you can get help from the community in the official WordPress.org support forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/. They should be able to guide you through the process of exporting your content and answer any other questions you might have.
