Missing few things as I migrated to bluehost
-
Hi,
So I purchased my domain, http://www.zoloherald.com via wordpress.
I migrated this morning to bluehost, most of my changes look the way I want them to. However, my only problem is meta data I believe.
I’m missing my
1. stats, followers, likes, and comments
2. media gallery
3. the current dashboard user of my bluehost server installed wordpress is set to Zolohera instead of gnachshonis there a way to like

Hello there!
I took a look at your account and I wanted to confirm your settings in your self-hosted site’s Dashboard. If you go to Settings → General, are both URL: WordPress URL and Site URL set to your custom domain? If not, please change that, if so, now you should disconnect Jetpack from WordPress.com and then reconnect. You’re currently connected with your IP address, and we need you connected via custom domain. Thanks!
I’m missing my
1. stats, followers, likes, and commentsIf you have Jetpack installed, you can migrate your Followers and Subscribers using the link below:
http://jetpack.me/support/subscriptions/transferring-followers/
Likes cannot be transferred.
Your comments should have transferred to your new self-hosted site if using Jetpack. Did you run a full export of your WordPress.com site? Let me know and I can help further with this.
2. media gallery
Only media that is attached to posts/pages will transfer. It is not your entire media library that migrates. Your media is exported as file attachments. If not all your media was transferred to your self-hosted site, you’ll have to download those files manually, or attach them all to pages/posts and rerun your export/import.
3. the current dashboard user of my bluehost server installed wordpress is set to Zolohera instead of gnachshon
As this user name lives on your Bluehost server, you will have to make your adjustments there. This is not something I have access to here at WordPress.com.
Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks much!
