Missing files plugin hermes/bosoraweb121 ?

  I’ve used wordpress in the past, but always through wordpress itself. I recently downloaded wordpress on iPage to build a new website, and I keep getting this error message:

  “W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /hermes/bosoraweb121/b512/ipg.njdonofrio/temporaryHome/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.”

  I tried to re-install and/or remove plugin, but I cannot find it anywhere. I never installed any plug-ins, nor does this one seem automatically installed. I’m totally at a loss of what to do. Every time I try to edit the page or do anything at all, it goes to that error page and I lose anything I’ve done so far. It is extremely frustrating. I’d really appreciate your assistance.

  Hi there. The downloaded version of WordPress is WordPress.ORG. In this forum we can only help you with the WordPress.COM version of WordPress.

  The downloaded version have their own support forum and support pages which you can find here: http://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t already have a username on that forum, click the register button in the upper right corner so you can post in that forum.
