Missing follow button in the bottom-right corner

    Hello, the follow button in the bottom-right corner for logged out users just doesn’t appear on my blog anymore. I’ve read some posts about this problem and go to ‘Settings–> Reading but when I scroll down to Follower Settings I can’t see the option “Show follow button to logged out users.” anywhere. All I see is these:

    “Follower Settings
    These settings change emails sent from your blog to followers.
    Blog follow email text
    Comment follow email text“

    Does the option move to somewhere else?
