Missing Followers

    WP is showing only 2 followers but I know at least my husband and mom subscribed and they get emails when I post but they aren’t even included in my list of followers. Where are my missing followers? Thank you!

    Hi –

    I can see that you’re set up on the open source WordPress.org software. That’s different from using the managed hosting environment at WordPress.com.

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

    There’s help available from the community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ and sometimes your hosting provider can provide help.

    The problem may be that your Jetpack connection is showing an error. I see:

    Please write to the Jetpack team so they can take a closer look and help you get everything synced up again.
