Missing funds from woocomerce payments

I’m trying to clear up a situation of these funds that have gone missing.
On the 30th of October several transactions took place from my store.
The sum of these transactions never made it to my account. Instead a much smaller deposit appeared. I’ve been in contact with support but to no avail there seems to be no looking into this. I’m honestly not sure where to go or who to contact to get these funds that have dissapeared is there someone who can help escalate this matter to be looked intoWP.com: Unknown
