Missing ham comments

  Hi, my Akismet stats suggests that I have 82 “ham” comments on my blog that I have never seen or known about. If these comments exist, how can I access them? If they do not exist, why the discrepancy? Thanks, -neutrino231

  Hi, thanks for the help.

  I did see that thread before, but I can guarantee I have not made any test comments, let alone 82 of them, so I don’t see how that answer thread could apply to this case.

  Akismet also checks your posts and revisions, which would increment the Ham stats for your site. Not long ago, we made a change to prevent that from happening.

  Also, keep in mind that these stats are a baseline, if you remove a post or comment, it will not decrease those Ham numbers.
