Missing header graphic
-
I uploaded a new header using Custom Image Header this afternoon from work. It viewed fine at work on my Internet Explorer browser. But when I got home, and called up the blog, there was no image showing. I am using the Digg 3 column theme. When I go to the Presentation page and click Custom Image Header, the correct header shows on that page. But when I view my blog, there’s nothing there. my blog is nobullblog.wordpress.com
can anyone help me? -
I see it perfectly. I’m using Firefox, though I’m not sure that the browser should make any difference.

Hm – check your browser settings. Do you have images turned off? I can see your header perfectly.

the browser is fine…… I need help from support…. I’ve noticed that this has cropped up in the forums before…
bizarre stuff

Support hours are Monday-Friday 8-4PM and you can use the “support” button on the top right hand corner of any dashboard/admin side blog page to contact staff. Please do not post personal information to the forum but do know that the following information is what they require: – your browser
– your browser version
– your FULL blog address (not the name, the real address that begins http:// )
– your FULL username
– your REAL email address that is registered here
– and a very good description of the exact problem. -
I tried to contact Support on Friday, but never got anyone to come online with me…. this is really getting frustrating….
don’t understand how tons of folks can see the header and then a few can…. particularly when one of the few is the author…. and I can view it at work on IE 7, but can’t view it at home on IE 7….. I could see my old header both places…..

You might try flushing your Windows DNS cache. This link talks about it: http://technet2.microsoft.com/windowsserver/en/library/a184e334-2c9f-48c4-abe7-804188200dd91033.mspx?mfr=true
at command prompt type: ipconfig /flushdns
