Missing Images on Thumbnails when Image Displays in Post
-
I have a setting to use the first image in a blog post as the feature image on a grid page. Most of blog posts display the first image in the post as the featured image for each category find. But some are displaying a missing image error where the thumbnail should be even though the post includes the image, the image is in the media library, and health check is green. Notice the first row working yet the second row on this page has errors:

I have tried running an add on to regenerate thumbnails, Smush, and many other suggested fixes. Nothing appears to work. Is there some script I can run to fix these?
