Missing Import Tool?

  Hello, I’m trying to move my self-hosted wordpress(.org) blog to wordpress.com, but there is no Import option on the Tools page in the wordpress.com Administration. Am I missing something?

  It’s explained very clearly on the ‘moving a blog’ page, so I don’t understand why Import isn’t showing up.

  It’s under tools > import: http://opposablethumbz.wordpress.com/files/2009/08/tool.png . See the “import” under tools?
