Missing Import Tools

I’ve installed WordPress 2.8.4, and everything has been going well. I imported the posts from our current install of 2.5, and did some work on styling things.
Now that I’m ready to do another import to make sure it’s completely up to date, my import tools have disappeared. When I go to the Import page, I get the Import title and the message:
“If you have posts or comments in another system, WordPress can import those into this blog. To get started, choose a system to import from below:”
But below the text there is nothing but a blank screen. I checked the view source for the page, there is truly nothing there.
Help with this would be greatly appreciated.
