missing information on my page

    I had almost finished editing and creating my blog. I had a domain, theme, logo, pages…etc all set up, I just hadn’t started writing content yet. I know it was saved properly because I had been editing it multiple times. I am now logging in and all my information is gone. Everything is blank and I can’t even get to the place where you can edit or see what is put in.

    Has this happened to anyone else? Is there anything I can do so all the hard work I put in isn’t lost?

    Hi there,

    I can confirm that there has been no activity on the site rachelsmakingit.wordpress.com since it was set up. According to our activity logs it was created on 7/22/2020 and has not been accessed since then.

    I do not see any history of activity or edits on this site. Is it possible that you created another login with us, under a different username/email address? Did you work on your site at another URL besides rachelsmakingit.wordpress.com?

    Please check your browser history to see if you can find the last time that you accessed WordPress.com and worked on your site, and let us know what the URL of that site is and we’re happy to take a closer look
