Missing 'insert photo' icon

  The “insert a photo” icon is missing from my post section now. This has never happened before. Why is it suddenly gone?

  The button has been replaced by a ‘Add Media’ icon, it’s the first icon on your left hand side just above the post editor. Please review this post to learn more about the new Media Uploader.
