Missing "Link for Emails" option to add PayPal button to my blog

  I’ve read through https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/i-want-to-take-paypal-on-my-site?replies=2

  …and http://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/

  However: I get to the PayPal screen that should have both Website and Email options (Step 6 of http://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/), I do not see a tab or option for Email.

  Is there something I’m missing, or doing incorrectly? (Not sure if it matters, but my blog is a WordPress.com site – not a WordPress.org site.)

  You’ll need to get in touch with PayPal about this.

  We cannot allow their form code, so we can only support a traditional link via the Email link option.

  You’ll need to ask them why that option is not available to you.
