Missing "links/options" in sidebar

    Hi Everyone,

    Hope I’m in the right place.
    I am working on a site (I did not build) and am noticing that a lot of the features in my customize heading are missing. Why would this be? I know that the site was custom built some time ago, but I didn’t think it was possible to have such a bare bones version. Am I missing something? Is it hidden? How do I get things back to looking somewhat familiar.

    Also, what would be some of the drawbacks to switching to a new theme?

    The only site I see under your @thewhart WordPress.com account when I check on our end. is:
    – thewhart.wordpress.com

    I checked the site I see on your account but it do not to have been used yet, and has no recent activity. Is the issue with a different site that you do not see listed here, but is possibly under a different login instead?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
