Missing Logo Option in Site Identity

Hello, I am currently trying to figure out how to change the logo in my website header. I looked this up and it say to change it in ‘Site Identity’. I am missing the option to change my logo in my Appearance>Customize>General>Site Identity section in my account. I see ‘Site Title’, ‘Tagline’ and Site Icon. But no site logo option to change for my website header anywhere. I’ve tried to look in all other tabs and have had no luck. If you could help me with this I would greatly appreciate it.

    Hi there!

My best guess is that this is a theme related concern.

For example, when using the Twenty Twenty-Two theme, I do not see the Site Identity option either. However, when switching to the Twenty Twenty-One theme, I do see a box that allows me to upload a logo.

I believe that a workaround for this would be to go to the “Site Editor” page from your Admin dashboard, and then adding a Site Logo block to wherever on the page you want the logo to appear.

Check out this link for more information on the Site Editor: https://wordpress.com/support/site-editor/

    I hope this helps!
