Missing many years/months of site stats

    I’ve Jetpack installed on a private wordpress site since the site was up years ago, but did not connect it to a WordPress.com account.
    I recently wanted to check Jetpack’s stats in detail, and realized, while it contained some (not all) stats of 2018 December and from 2013 and 2014, most data is just plain empty.
    I then created a WordPress.com account and connected Jetpack to it, but it’s the same on both sides.

    Does anyone know how I can get the missing stats to show?

    Hi there,

    Stats are only recorded for your site if Jetpack is connected and the stats module in Jetpack is active. There is no way to show stats for the time that Jetpack was disconnected, as we did not have access to your site to record that data during that time.
