Missing menu items?

    I am trying to start a new site. The first thing I tried, was to change the background to something I upload. But when I click ‘customize’ I don’t get the regular menu of Site Identity, Colors &Backgrounds, Fonts, Header Image, etc. All I get are Site Identity, Menus, Widgets, Homepage Settings, AMPs, and Additional CSS. Where is it hiding? (This is a free plan/site, but I have another free one that has the complete menu.)

    Hi there – the options presented in Customize are tied to the theme you choose and the plan you have. Before we talk about theme options or blocks, could you let us know which of your sites you are working on so we can take a closer look with you?
