Missing menu items for domain managment

We’re missing domain contacts, transfer domain, and name servers options on domain management menu, that appears in the screenshot on this page: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/custom-dns/#editing-your-dns-records

If you want a different host than WordPress.com, you can choose from these hosting providers.
http://get.wp.com/hosting/
and you can get the Guided Transfer to help you transfer your site from WordPress.com to a self-hosted site.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/guided-transfer/Security here at WordPress.com is handled automatically for you.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/security/
If you switch to a self-hosted site, then you have more options to secure your site on your own.

We here know enough about the process, that we don’t need to pay for a guided transfer. The guided transfer page says that DIY is an option.
If we were to decide to move forward with a move to another host, we’d either need to edit or NS records (per the link in my original post) or transfer the DNS as described here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/
At the moment, I’m just trying to confirm that these options are available to us if we choose, and it seems like they’re not because, as you can see in this screenshot, those options don’t appear in our menu: http://i.imgur.com/Wg3k5Vg.png

Your domain is registered elsewhere, just mapped here, so you’ll find similar controls through your domain registrar.
