WHY???
i just contact them and they told me that responsible for my domain is only the wordpressi just want to change the dns
to dns1.philoxenos.com & dns1.philoxenos.com
why has to be so difficult?

i just want to change the dns
to dns1.philoxenos.com & dns1.philoxenos.com
why has to be so difficult?After looking at the domain it looks like it was originally registered through us, but on January 28th, only the domain mapping was renewed and not the complete registration. Would you happen to know anything about that? It looks like you removed the registration and just renewed the mapping which will make the domain unusable without a registration. In our records it shows that you spent only $12 on January 28th.
I will contact our domain registrar to see if there has been a mix up of some sort!

first of all thanks for the reply.
all started like that…
we first register the trial packet.
we wanted to install a custom theme and for that reason we realized that we had to install wordpress to an external hoster.
we canceled the domain registration….but we realized that we can not register that domain to other registar, only after 60 days (as your registar wildwestdomains told us through telephone)
so we go back to wordpress and reregister only the domain through wordpress and purchased it using “Map an Existing Domain” method
using your guide try to change the dns server name to the new hoster
Nameserver 1: dns1.philoxenos.com (46.102.245.203)
Nameserver 2: dns2.philoxenos.com (5.135.124.69)
but us you can see there are no such option to domain management page.please give us a quick solution.

is there different charge for mapping and different charge for domain registration
if yes … how can we purchase the domain?i try the “register new domain” method but i get the following message
“Sorry but lflorisagenda.com has already been registered.”

The $12 is for domain MAPPING. You will need staff help to get the domain back since you cancelled it.

please what do you mean “staff help” is something i have to do with you or wild west domains?

now i am able to edit
A lflorisagenda.com points to 178.32.247.106
and seems it works finewhat else i have to do , i suppose that staff help is gracejiyoung ?

We were able to get the domain active again. This is currently what I see when I go to your domain:
It looks like it’s not pointing to us and the A records have been updated.
