Missing Menu Options

  I am trying to create a blog, import themes, etc. But my menu “Write, manage, design, comments, upgrades, seems to be limited. All of the tutorials I watch and screenshots I see of other peoples pages has alot more options. Including backup etc. I purchased the added space and the ability to change the css, why am I missing so many menu options?

  Because it sounds like you’re looking at options for WordPress.org, not WordPress.com. We can’t, for instance, import themes. You can, with the CSS upgrade, edit existing WP.com themes. You do not upgrade your WP.com blog.
