Missing My Sites

  I logged into my account today and I am unable to access my MoarDots.tv admin page. when i click on my sites, it says I have not created a site.

  Hi –

  In order to work on that site you’ll need to be signed in under the ryvenmdr user account. Please give that a try. If you’re unable to access there’s some tips on regaining access here:

  Hi,

  my user name is my email, (email visible only to moderators and staff), when i try to sign in with ryvenmdr, it is sending an email for verification, but i never get that email. I always used my email to login. I am not sure what changed.

  The email address you mention is associated with the account you’re posting from, but it’s not the account where you created your site.

  Please find the transaction ID for your recent upgrade (more on that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/transaction-id/) and send it to passwordhelp[at]wordpress.com. Our Account Recovery team will get back to you and help you regain access to the account.
